Howdy,
I was wondering what those pictures were in Dropbox, so was
that in Spanish Fork? Glad you got to spend time with Tiffers Mom. Oh yeah, Tiffani emailed me. Sounds like you had a fun week. Last Friday we didn't end
up making a cake, but a Member named Uwe (oo-va) made me a cake and it was
quite delicious. I don't have time to send a video today, mostly cause I had to
organize my flash drives. They are getting crowded, but I got some presents from
ward members. Mostly candy and soap, I guess we stink as Missionaries
cause Elder Marshall got soap too. ha-ha. One member figured out that I like cats and gave me a porcelain cat that is a little scary. ha-ha, but I will
be sending that home, so it doesn't break. She
is a very interesting lady, but she has changed since her baptism in January. She has about 8 cats herself.
I got to say the opening prayer in sacrament meeting
yesterday, so that was fun and a little bit exciting. Olaf Ebisch had all of
his kids home and two of them are married to Americans, so there were quite a
few Americans at church yesterday. Also the Howards are in town and have
been for a couple of weeks. They actually live in Saint George, but live in
Germany in the Summer. The house they have is amazing. They bought it about 5
years ago and if they hadn't of done that, it would have caved in. It's a really old
mansion and they are restoring it and will let the ward use it for
activities and what not. It's huge, but it needs a lot of work, so yeah, they
are living in a scary run down looking Mansion at the moment ha-ha. It's pretty
cool. I'll see if I can get some pictures or something this next week.
We moved some heavy rock for FHE at the Olaf Ebischs last
Monday and that was fun and exhausting. Also, tell Dad about a book called "As
A Man Thinketh" I guess it is what the book "The Secret" is
based off of and is way better. idk.
Sorry today is short. I don't have much to say. We got two
new investigators which is pretty exciting, cause we haven't had any new ones for a couple of weeks.
Love you tons and hope all is well. Tell Oma and Opa I say
hi.
Tschüß
Love,
Elder Crotts
